Xiaomi Mi MIX, The Most Popular Mobile Phones In 2016

In the Xiaomi new products release conference in 25st October, 2016, Xiaomi company has unveiled three new products, Xiaomi Note 2, Xiaomi Mi MIX and Xiaomi VR Glass official version. Although the leading role in this release conference is Mi Note 2, the Mi MIX phone brings us more surprises. 

Xiaomi MIX is a concept phone. Exactly, it is not a concept, it is a real product and makes us surprised, especially for the price. This product will be available in China on November 4 and it comes in two models. One, packing in 4GB of RAM 128GB of storage, will retail for 3,499 yuan( $510, AU$680), while a premium model Xiaomi Mi MIX 18k with 256GB storage will cost 3,999 yuan ( $590, AU$ 770). 

This stunning product has a 6.4-inch striking bezel-less display. Different from other phones keeping a top and bottom area for the front camera and home button, Mi MIX has a unique design that it only leaves a small space in the bottom right corner for the front camera. On my opinion, though it may bring a little inconvenience that you have to flip the phone when you take a selfie, the edgeless display provides an excellent user experience. 

Moreover, in order to accommodate the lack of a top and bottom bezel, where the speaker for making calls, Mi MIX uses piezoelectric ceramic actuator to deliver voice calls to your ears. The full ceramic body shows an outstanding visual enjoyment though it may become a fingerprint magnet. Located at the back cover, there is a 16-megapixel rear camera and a fingerprint sensor. What a pity that, this Mi MIX does not have the waterproof function. We are waiting for the hands-on experience.
